Cooking with Mum's Made With Love Curry Sauce is easy and there is so much you can do with it. If you're stuck for ideas or would like an authentic recipe to follow you will find some of our favourite recipes here!

Spaghetti Bolognaise

  1. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a lightly heated pan.
  2. Add minced meat or Quorn mince to the sauce and mix.
  3. Let the meat cook in the sauce with the lid placed on the pan for around 10 minutes on a low heat.
  4. The meat will let off water, however you can add more water depending on the consistency you require. Then leave to simmer until the meat is soft and tender.
  5. Add to cooked spaghetti and serve immediatley!

1.

Chickpea or Kidney Bean Curry

  1. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a lightly heated pan.
  2. Add tinned or fresh chickpeas / kidney beans (if fresh, they must be boiled beforehand until soft) and mix.
  3. Let the chickpeas / kidney beans cook for around 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Add fresh coriander to the finished dish and serve.
  5. Can be served with boiled rice, chapatti or naan.

Chicken Curry

  1. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a lightly heated pan.
  2. Add chicken to the sauce and mix.
  3. Leave the chicken to cook in its juices and sauce on a low heat for around 15 mins.
  4. If you want your sauce thick, then do not add water; otherwise add water for desired consistency and continue cooking until tender.
  5. Add fresh coriander to finish dish.
  6. Can be served with boiled rice, chapatti or naan.

Curried Lamb Chops

  1. Put 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and then place the chops in the pan.
  2. Allow to cook until slightly brown.
  3. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a pressure or slow cooker.
  4. Add chops to sauce and cook in own juices for around 15 mins. Add water to cover the meat and put the lid on. Cook until soft and tender.
  5. Can be served with boiled rice, chapatti or naan.

Paneer Curry

  1. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a slightly heated pan.
  2. Cut fresh paneer into bitsize pieces.
  3. Add paneer to the sauce and mix.
  4. Leave paneer to cook in juices and sauce on low heat for around 15 mins. If you prefer a thick sauce do not add water, otherwise add water to suit your desired conistency and continue to cook until tender
  5. Can be served with boiled rice, chapatti or naan.

Tikka Masala Dishes

  1. Marinate chicken or paneer in a mixture of yogurt, garlic and paprika overnight.
  2. Put Mum's Curry Sauce in a pan and heat.
  3. Add chicken or paneer to the sauce.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add 2 tbsp of cream to giving an orange colour to your curry.
  6. Can be served with boiled rice, chapatti or naan.

Karahi Dishes

  1. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a pan and heat.
  2. Add sliced capsicum and chicken/lamb/paneer to the sauce.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Cover the pan and let it cook for 20-30 minutes on a low heat.
  5. Add water if required.
  6. Can be served with boiled rice, chapatti or naan.

Dopiaza Dishes

  1. Slice 2-3 medium sized red onions into four halves and cook them in 1 tbsp of oil. Once cooked keep them aside.
  2. Heat the pan and add Mum's Curry Sauce.
  3. Add chicken/quorn/lamb/paneer to the sauce and add salt to taste.
  4. Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 mins on a low heat.
  5. Now add the onions from earlier, cover and let cook for 15-20 mins.
  6. Serve with basmati rice or naan.

Korma Dishes

  1. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a pan and begin to heat.
  2. Add chicken/lamb/paneer/vegetables to the sauce.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Cover the pan and allow to cook for 20-30 mins on a low heat.
  5. Once cooked add coconut milk and single cream, mix well.
  6. Serve with basmati rice or naan.

Madras Dishes

  1. Heat a pan with a little oil and add 1 tsp of mustard seeds. Once the seeds begin to pop, add 8-9 curry leaves and quickly add Mum's Hot Curry Sauce.
  2. Add chicken/lamb/quorn/paneer to the sauce.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Cover the pan and allow to cook for 20-30 mins on a low heat.
  5. Add water if you require.
  6. Serve with basmati rice or naan.

10.

Quorn Biryani

  1. Add Mum's Curry Sauce to a pan and heat, then add pieces of Quorn to sauce and mix.
  2. Add ¼ cup of hot water and leave to cook on low heat for 15 mins. Make sure it is still thick once cooked and add fresh coriander.
  3. Boil rice, place ⅓ in an ovenproof dish and layer the rice and mixture until you have 3 rice layers and 2 sauce layers.
  4. Cover and place in oven for 20 mins before serving to ensure Biriyani is hot.
  5. Serve with naan fo your choice.
